T4 x DreamWorks “Viking Adventure to Denmark” Giveaway

1. Promoter

The promoter of this competition is T4, [insert company name and registered address], in partnership with DreamWorks Animation.

2. Eligibility

This giveaway is open to UK residents aged 18 and over. Employees of T4, DreamWorks, their immediate families, agents, or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

To enter the giveaway, participants must:

• Like the official giveaway post on T4's Instagram or TikTok page
• Tag at least one friend in the comments (each tag counts as one entry)
• For a bonus entry, share the post to your Story and tag @T4_unitedkingdom (profile must be public for the entry to be valid)

No purchase necessary. Internet access and a valid social media account are required.

4. Opening & Closing Dates

The competition opens at 21:00 PM BST on 5th June 2025 and closes at 11:59 PM BST on 21st June 2025. Entries submitted after this time will not be valid.

5. Prize Details

One winner will receive:

• A 3-night stay in a luxury hotel in central Copenhagen, Denmark
• Entry to the Viking Ship Museum and mead tasting experience
• Admission to an open-air Viking village
• Forest Tower and ziplining adventure
• Rental car with fuel allowance
• Return economy-class flights from a UK airport to Copenhagen

Travel dates are subject to availability and must be taken within 12 months of the winner announcement. Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered. Blackout dates (e.g., public holidays) may apply. Additional costs (e.g., travel insurance, meals not included, personal expenses) are the responsibility of the winner.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be chosen at random using a computer-generated selection tool from all valid entries and will be announced on T4’s Instagram Story and contacted via DM on 23rd June 2025. If the winner does not respond within 5 days, T4 reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Publicity

By entering, participants agree that T4 may use their name and/or social media handle for promotional purposes in relation to the giveaway. The winner may be asked to participate in publicity related to the prize.

8. Disqualification

T4 reserves the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of cheating, including the use of bots or fake accounts. Multiple entries from the same person using multiple accounts may be disqualified.

9. Data Protection

Any personal data provided will be processed in accordance with UK data protection laws and T4’s Privacy Policy here. Data will only be used for the purpose of administering this promotion unless the entrant has opted in to receive marketing communications.

10. Liability

T4 and DreamWorks accept no responsibility for entries not received due to technical or other issues. The promoter is not liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize, except where caused by negligence.

11. General

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or TikTok. By entering, you release Instagram and TikTok of any responsibility.

T4 reserves the right to amend these terms or withdraw the competition at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Element T's + C's

• Roundtrip economy/coach flights (inclusive of all applicable airport taxes, fees, and duties) from select major international airports in London only. Flights may be indirect and not all dates and routings will be available. Flight itinerary will be determined by the prize provider at their sole discretion.
• Prize package is for 2 adults, both of whom must travel at the same time. At least one person travelling must be aged 21 or over. Where any travellers are aged under 18, they must have prior parental or guardian permission.
• Accommodation is for 3 nights, based on one double-occupancy room for 2 adults, staying in Copenhagen, Denmark. A valid credit or debit card may be required to guarantee the accommodation on check-in. Stay must include a Saturday night.
• Travel arrangements, including costs relating to public transport, fuel, or parking to and from the winner’s or companion/s’ home and the departure airport, do not form part of the prize and are the responsibility of the winner and their travelling companion/s’.
• The prize excludes domestic ground transfers, meals and drinks, excursions, rental car, attractions, treatments, visas, personal expenses and anything not expressly stated in the prize package. All elements of the prize are subject to availability. If unavailable, experiences and items of a similar nature and value may be offered. Accommodation will be selected by the prize provider at their sole discretion.
• Winners must contact the prize provider with 3 preferred travel dates in 3 separate months, no later than 6 weeks prior to departure. Once booked, the prize cannot be amended or cancelled. The prize is non-refundable and non-transferable; no cash alternative is available.
• All travellers will require a passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel. Any necessary visas or insurance are the responsibility of the winner and guests. The prize cannot be taken over Christmas, New Year or public holidays in either the departure or arrival country. The prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification of winning, and all travel must be completed within that time.
• For the rental car: the car type is subject to availability. The named driver must be aged 21 or over and hold a full, clean driving licence that has been held for over 1 year. Any drivers aged 25 or under, or with less than 3 years’ driving experience, may need to pay a supplementary cost for car rental. If the driving licence is not fully printed in English, an International Driving Permit, international driving licence or other appropriate paperwork may be required. A credit card (not a debit card) in the name of the driver with available funds (value advised upon booking) will be required by the car rental company in order for the driver to collect the car.
• The minimum age for the sailing trip is 4 years.
• The Yellow Route at the open-air museum is not accessible to wheelchair users or prams.
• The forest adventure is closed from November to March. This tour is not recommended for pregnant travellers, those with walking difficulties, back problems, heart conditions, or wheelchair users. Additional requirements may apply for the ziplining activity and will vary by course. The minimum age for the children’s course is 3 years old.
